Growth Strategist
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Growth Strategist to own the creation and execution of new front-end offers across multiple brands. This role is the engine of lead flow and customer acquisition, working closely with both the in-house and third party teams to consistently bring compelling offers to market. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and executor — someone who thrives at the intersection of direct response marketing, funnel building, and campaign orchestration.
Key Responsibilities
Offer Development & Validation
- Research markets, competitors, and customer pain points to generate high-converting front-end offers.
- Define positioning, pricing strategies, bonuses, and hooks that maximize response rates.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure messaging is clear, persuasive, and aligned with brand voice
Funnel & Campaign Strategy
- Design acquisition funnels (landing pages, opt-ins, tripwires, webinar funnels, etc.) that align with offers.
- Build or oversee funnel builds in ClickFunnels, Keap, or similar platforms.
- Map conversion paths (ads → landing page → email nurture → sale) and ensure seamless execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with media buyers to align offers with traffic sources and targeting strategies.
- Direct graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters to create the assets needed for each campaign.
- Manage timelines to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
Performance Optimization
- Monitor funnel and offer performance metrics (CPL, CPA, EPC, conversion rates).
- Run A/B tests on offers, headlines, page layouts, and bonuses.
- Iterate rapidly based on data to scale winning campaigns.
Innovation & Continuous Testing
- Stay current with marketing trends, competitors, and new acquisition tactics.
- Propose new lead gen strategies (quizzes, challenges, free+shipping offers, live events, etc.).
- Ensure a steady pipeline of fresh offers to avoid ad fatigue and keep lead flow consistent.
Qualifications
Proven experience creating and scaling direct response offers across multiple brands or campaigns.
Hands-on experience with funnel-building platforms (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Leadpages, etc.).
Strong grasp of customer psychology, positioning, and persuasion in marketing.
Ability to translate strategic ideas into clear execution plans for creative teams.
Data-driven decision maker, comfortable with metrics like CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion rates.
Excellent communication skills, both for directing internal resources and presenting strategy to leadership.
Experience in marketing information products and real estate products is a plus.
Bonus: experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or other acquisition channels beyond paid media.

Now we’re hiring a Senior Media Buyer to drive performance, lead creative strategy, and help scale acquisition across Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok — with the autonomy to grow into a leadership role and build out a team.
You Must Have:
3–5+ years experience in direct response media buying
Proven results scaling low-ticket ($37–$197) info products
Campaign success in real estate education/info products (non-negotiable)
Expertise on Facebook (Meta) and YouTube (TikTok is a plus)
Experience with SegMetrics, Hyros, or similar attribution tools
Ability to analyze funnel performance, lift AOV, and scale while maintaining ROAS

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Ensuring optimal inbox placement across Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.
